Title Administrative Assistant – Project Coordinators
Job Information

Braun Northwest is seeking a talented and organized individual to work in our Outside Sales Department as the Administrative Assistant to our Project Coordinators. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or similar environment where projects are awarded from proposals or bid packages. This individual will support the team by gathering and putting together all necessary documents and ensuring the packet is complete and sent to the prospective customer in a timely manner.

This position also supports the Outside Sales Team as necessary and must have excellent computer skills utilizing Microsoft products to include; Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
• Ability to write reports and presentations
• Good interpersonal skills, to include both internal and external customers.
• Ability to work with staff across multiple departments
• Ability to work with budgets and create spreadsheets
• Ability to work independently
• Mechanical aptitude

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Arranging staff meetings and scheduling appointments
• Answering or transferring phone calls and taking messages for select staff members
• Maintaining the office calendar
• Writing memos, correspondence, invoices, receipts, spreadsheets and other reports as needed
• Keeping the office database and filing system up to date and organized
• Purchasing office supplies and work with vendors
• Sorting and delivering all mail and faxes
• Working with governmental agencies, preparing bids, proposals, followed by tracking all information.
