Braun Northwest is seeking a qualified Service Writer to work in our Service Department. This position is key for providing excellent customer service and timely resolution of service, parts and warranty issues.
This individual is responsible for;
Researching vehicle parts, creating sales orders, and shipping out parts from our inventory.
Respond to customer calls regarding warranty issues and providing sound advice to our customers on the best course of action to take on order to get the problem solved.
Create warranty and service orders to track time, material and work done to vehicles.
Order and pull parts that will be used on Service/Warranty orders.
Submit claims to vendors for reimbursement of labor or parts when appropriate.
This individual must demonstrate;
Excellent customer service skills to include in person, phone and email communication
Have the ability to use basic Microsoft programs; outlook, word, excel and our in house inventory system MAX
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Have the ability to package parts, and lift or otherwise move up to 30 lbs
*The ability to read or interpret electrical schematics and drawings is highly desirable*
