Sign inmates in and out, check all possessions brought in and out, prepare meals, transport inmates.

I was a family partner/peer counselor. My duties were to support the family in times of crisis and help them build support systems with in the family
and in the community to help them become a stronger unit. Documenting everything during each visit for use later on, if needed. 

Green Hill School 
Provide safety and security within the environment I worked; my daily functions consist of line movements to school and all the meals. 
Displayed options and coaching on the floor for the residents  behavior. 
Maintained order and provided verbal de-escalation when needed for control of misconduct, disruptiveness and/or assaultive behavior. 
Managed living unit control both incoming and outgoing traffic, including interaction with customers, transferring phone calls to residents, 
administration and/or health center in regard to resident inquiries. 
I wrote incident report on performance behavior. Trained in how to defend myself and how to us hand cuffs. 
I learned a lot about how to become a leader and take charge when needed.
